  • Brainspotting (BSP) is a relational, brain-body, and mindfulness-based therapy that taps into the brain's natural ability to heal. BSP works by accessing the subcortical brain-specifically the right brain, limbic system, and brainstem— through focused eye positioning, allowing us to locate and process trauma stored in the body. By promoting coherence between sympathetic and parasympathetic activation, BSP helps clients tune into their instincts and emotions that have often been conditioned out by society and upbringing, guiding them toward deeper self-awareness and healing.

  • Brainspotting Intensives offer an opportunity for deeper, more focused healing in an extended-session format. By creating space for sustained processing without the interruptions of traditional weekly therapy, intensives can help accelerate insight, emotional release, and nervous system healing. Brainspotting Intensives are designed to support clients in moving through trauma, anxiety, emotional blocks, and deeply rooted patterns with greater depth and efficiency. These longer sessions allow for a more immersive therapeutic experience, helping clients access meaningful shifts and lasting change in a shorter period of time.
